The AI Code of Ethics (AICE) is a voluntary, non-binding guideline that supports organisations in translating Malaysia's ethical AI principles into practical, real-world implementation. It serves as an operational bridge between the Seven (7) AI Principles outlined in the National Guidelines on AI Governance and Ethics (AIGE) and the design, development, and deployment of AI systems across sectors, while taking into consideration the evolving landscape of AI ethical principles, including future sector-specific and national principles as they emerge.
AICE helps embed responsible, human-centred, and trustworthy AI practices throughout the AI lifecycle, enabling organisations to operationalise ethical AI in a practical, consistent, and accountable manner.
The AI Code of Ethics (AICE) is available in English and Bahasa Melayu. Please complete the form below to access the publication.
